A short manifesto

For twenty years, sales stacks have been a museum of point tools duct-taped together: one to build lists, one to enrich them, one to send email, one to warm domains, one to store deals, one to track calls, one to explain why the number missed. Each of them a dashboard, each of them demanding operator attention, none of them doing any of the work.

GTMHack is a bet that the next stack looks nothing like this. Not a better dashboard. Not another Chrome extension. A single AI CRO — MIDAS — that holds the full context of your revenue motion and moves the work itself. You talk to it like a colleague. It briefs you like a chief of staff. It sends only what you approve. It watches the pipeline and tells you what stalled while you were on a call.

That’s the whole product. Everything else is scaffolding.

We’re based in the UK, we’re small on purpose, and we build for founders and revenue teams who are done paying five vendors to move one lead.

The rules we build by

  1. Automate the drudgery, never the judgment. Nothing sends without a human approving it.
  2. Full context is the moat. Every send, every reply, every stall — MIDAS sees it and uses it.
  3. Sender reputation is infrastructure. We protect it like production.
  4. If it doesn’t move revenue, we don’t ship it. No vanity features.
  5. Talk to customers weekly. Founder does support. Always.
